Here at DME we have many years’ experience working with local Letting Agencies, conducting annual boiler services and Gas Safety Inspections to comply with regulations.
We can go further, however, and tailor a property maintenance contract to not only include those necessary annual inspections, but also any breakdowns and subsequent repairs that occur on an ongoing basis.
We’re flexible and very fairly priced, so you can be confident you and your clients need not stress over unexpected boiler breakdowns or central heating problems.
All-inclusive Gas Appliance Cover
A number of Letting Agents in the Bath area have outsourced their stress by contracting with DME to let us take responsibility for the efficiency of all gas appliances in their rental properties.
Beyond boilers our highly qualified gas engineers can also attend to all emergencies and repairs relating to gas fixtures and fittings in rental properties, such as gas fires, gas cookers, water heaters, warm air units, ventilation units and CO2 detectors.
Emergency Repairs
Even if you choose not to contractually outsource your gas services to us, DME are always available to Letting Agents on a one-off basis to undertake annual Gas Safety checks and issue legal Gas Safety certificates, or to carry out emergency repairs at rental properties when necessary.
